This is a photo of the Controller Test Unit (TCU), the Interface Test Adpaters (ITAs) plug into the TCU.
The Fiero Sensor Tester software is free. But you must build your own Test Controller Unit (TCU) based on the Arduino UNO R3 and the various Iterface Test Adpaters (ITAs) based on Arduino UNO Prototype Shields - details on how to build these are included with the code download.
